Philosophy

Here at ABC 123 we are very passionate about each child being the happiest and the most confident they can be. We support children in their learning to achieve their full potential, whilst we nuture and help them develop through each learning stage, whilst having as much fun as possible. We believe if children are happy and secure then they will learn to their full potential.

The staff set up activities which are specifically thought out in order to obtain and support the learning for your child.

All children are included and we value a child’s right to having their own voice, making choices and decisions and understanding the diverse World we live in. This is promoted through supported play and group sessions with staff. Our Pre-School has a children’s committee and the Tweeny Room promotes “Tiny Teacher” to include the children in decision making and learning about rules and democracy at a level suitable to their development.

We believe the outdoors is extremely important to the well-being of our children and have great outdoor  to support learning about nature and exploring wildlife. The children regularly plant vegetables, herbs and flowers and monitor their growth and change. Whilst doing this, they will come across many creatures in the bug garden and quite often be greeted by a frog!
